My design-partner, Agus, created this design, which is part pf the series he conceptualized as the Chakras, familiar as an Indian concept that describes energy centers in the body that can be activated through meditation and yoga to stimulate healing and maintain a sense of physical and spiritual or psychological well-being.

This design is intended to represent the Visuddha Chakra located at the throat  This chakra is associated with verbal expression, attentive listening, sense of purpose, and the ability to project one's creativity in the world.

The Throat Chakra stick ornament is a stylized version of a double Lotus in bloom, and which represents the 16- petaled Lotus depicted by the form of the ring that accompanies this stick in the form of the Throat Chakra Shawl Pin.

We ultimately chose to release the Throat Chakra in a satin finish.  This is our only glossy sample.
