Design by Laura Bellows

8.5 by 11 inch format, full color, with instructions on the back

The ridges used in this pattern evoke the furrows of earth created during farming.

This pattern contains five different projects, all of which build on the ridge (or welt) and explore different widths, depths, color contrasts, and shapes using this simple ridge-technique that requires only knits, purls, and wrap and turn.

The pattern takes worsted weight yarn worked on US7 needles
