The Oak Leaf stud buttons are the second in a collection of leaves in the Botanical Collection. These stylized leaf forms are absolutely stunning shawl pin alternatives for securing knitted and crocheted garments and accessories.

There are 600 varieties of oaks globally and despite this diversity, oak leaves are almost always immediately identifiable by their leaf shapes, not just their distinctive acorns. For this stud button, I decided to evoke newly developing oak leaves in spring.  At the same time, there are also oak leaves that are as tiny as these stud buttons, which are the perfect scale for securing garments and accessories.
