JUL offers the opportunity to purchase insurance from ROUTE at checkout. ROUTE insurance covers loss, damage, and theft including destruction of the package in transit and misdelivery. At shipment, customers are sent a notification that details how to make a claim.
Packages for which the customer has not chosen to purchase insurance are not the responsibility of JUL.
JUL is not responsible for loss of packages for which the customer entered incorrect address information at the time of purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to check all of the order confirmation information to make sure it is correct at the time of purchase.
Returns
Purchases may be returned for exchange, refund, or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Please contact JUL Designs by email (laura@juldesigns.com) or phone (240 294 6424) to request return authorization.
Returns should be shipped first class with a tracking number and, ideally, insurance to cover loss or damage.
Returned items must be in saleable condition in order to receive full credit. Items returned without original packaging in saleable condition will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. Items returned damaged because of inadequate packaging are not eligible for a refund.
