This filigree buckle was made to accompany the sterling silver filigree rings that were JUL's first product 15 years ago. At first, every single ring was handmade.  Then we started to have the rings cast in quarters and then hand assembled, which sped up our production considerably and allowed us to reduce our labor costs.  Later I found casting houses here in the US that cast in lead-free pewter and white bronze and people preferred that price point so we stopped making the rings and buckles in sterling silver. While I was looking for something else, I came upon a little cache of sterling silver rings and buckles from the old days.  My discovery is your boon!
